1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Odyssey account, purchasing Odyssey Premium, or accessing or using Odyssey, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced within them.

Odyssey is operated by World Traffic Services LLC ("WTS," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Odyssey.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an Odyssey account.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials and devices, and for activity occurring through your account.

You may not use another person's account without authorization or create accounts for fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes.

3. Odyssey Free and Premium

Odyssey may provide Free and Premium membership levels with different features, advertising benefits, limits, rewards, and access.

Premium features are available while an eligible Premium membership or entitlement remains active.

WTS may add, remove, improve, or modify features as Odyssey develops. Material changes affecting paid subscriptions will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms presented for the applicable subscription.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Odyssey Premium may be offered through monthly, yearly, or other subscription plans displayed at checkout.

Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled. By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the selected payment provider to process recurring charges according to the plan and billing frequency disclosed at checkout.

You may cancel a recurring Premium subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, Premium access continues through the end of the period already paid for.

5. Guest Checkout and Account Setup

Odyssey may allow a visitor to purchase Premium before creating a complete Odyssey account.

When guest checkout is used, Odyssey may create or associate an account using the email address and other information supplied through the payment process. The purchaser may then be asked to complete account setup by choosing login credentials and verifying the account.

If the purchase email already belongs to an Odyssey member, the purchase may be linked to that existing account rather than creating another account.

6. Payments

Odyssey payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal.

WTS does not store full payment card numbers or online banking credentials when those details are entered directly with the payment provider.

WTS may suspend or adjust Premium access when a payment fails, is reversed, refunded, disputed, or charged back.

7. Refunds and Cancellation

Payments are generally non-refundable once processed. However, WTS may, at its discretion, issue a full or partial refund when circumstances warrant.

Cancellation of a recurring subscription stops future billing but does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed.

Additional details are provided in the Odyssey Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Traffic Exchange

Odyssey may provide a traffic exchange that allows members to view participating websites and earn or use traffic credits.

Traffic credits and similar internal balances have no cash value. WTS does not guarantee any particular number of visitors, conversions, sales, income, or other result from traffic exchange participation.

Automated surfing, bots, manipulation of timers or credits, fraudulent activity, or attempts to bypass traffic exchange controls are prohibited.

9. Credit Mailer

Odyssey may provide a membership-based credit mailer through which eligible members can read messages, earn credits, and send advertising to participating members.

Mailer use is subject to Odyssey sending limits, credit requirements, content rules, the WTS Anti-Spam & Compliance Policy, and other applicable controls.

Mail credits and similar internal balances have no cash value.

10. Advertising and Member Content

You are responsible for websites, advertisements, banners, text ads, messages, links, and other content you submit to Odyssey.

Prohibited content includes illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, hateful, harmful, or malicious content; malware or spyware; misleading earnings claims; and content designed to interfere with Odyssey or another user's browser or device.

WTS may reject, pause, remove, or disable content or advertising when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect members, maintain deliverability, protect service providers, or protect Odyssey and the WTS network.

11. Missions, Experience Points and Ranks

Odyssey includes a space-themed progression experience involving activities, missions, Experience Points, ranks, discoveries, rewards, and other game-related features.

Experience Points, ranks, mission progress, discoveries, virtual rewards, and similar Odyssey game elements are features of the service. They are not currency, property, affiliate commissions, or withdrawable cash.

WTS may adjust game balance, missions, Experience Points, ranks, requirements, rewards, progression systems, or other game features as Odyssey evolves.

Progress obtained through exploitation, automation, manipulation, technical error, or other abuse may be corrected or removed.

12. Affiliate Program

Eligible Odyssey members may participate in the Odyssey affiliate program according to the commission rates, eligibility requirements, payout rules, and promotional terms applicable to their account.

Affiliate commissions that qualify for withdrawal are real commissions and are separate from advertising credits, game rewards, Experience Points, or other non-cash Odyssey balances.

WTS may hold, adjust, reverse, or deny commissions associated with refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, prohibited self-referrals, policy violations, technical errors, or purchases that do not qualify for commission.

13. Acceptable Use

You may not use Odyssey for spam, fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, manipulation of clicks or impressions, unauthorized scraping, credential attacks, malware distribution, denial-of-service activity, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or attempts to bypass Odyssey limits, security controls, or eligibility rules.

Bots, scripts, automation, or other tools may be restricted or prohibited for particular Odyssey activities. You are responsible for complying with the rules presented for each feature.

14. Advertising and Earnings Claims

Members and affiliates may not advertise or imply guaranteed income, guaranteed traffic results, guaranteed sales, or earnings that do not accurately represent the applicable Odyssey or WTS program.

Experience Points, traffic credits, mail credits, advertising credits, game rewards, and other non-cash balances must not be represented as withdrawable earnings.

15. Intellectual Property

Odyssey software, designs, graphics, branding, documentation, game systems, interfaces, and other proprietary materials are owned by World Traffic Services LLC or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit proprietary Odyssey software or materials except as permitted by law or with prior written authorization from WTS.

16. Third-Party Websites

Odyssey contains member advertising and may link to websites, products, and services operated by third parties.

WTS does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, products, claims, privacy practices, or business practices.

Visiting, joining, or purchasing from a third-party website is at your own risk.

17. Service Availability and Results

Odyssey is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, WTS disclaims warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

WTS does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, continuous availability, email delivery, advertising performance, traffic levels, clicks, sales, income, affiliate commissions, game progress, or other particular results.

18. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORLD TRAFFIC SERVICES LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ODYSSEY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WTS'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO ODYSSEY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold World Traffic Services LLC harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your submitted content, misuse of Odyssey, violation of applicable law, or breach of these Terms.

20. Copyright and DMCA

If you believe material appearing through Odyssey infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice through the World Traffic Services Support Desk identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact information, and the statements and signature required by applicable law.

WTS may remove or disable access to disputed material and may process counter-notices in accordance with applicable copyright law, including 17 U.S.C. Section 512.

21. Electronic Communications

By creating an Odyssey account, purchasing a service, or using Odyssey, you agree that account, transaction, security, legal, and other service-related communications may be provided electronically.

22. Suspension and Termination

WTS may suspend, restrict, or terminate an Odyssey account, advertisement, membership, affiliate privilege, or feature access for non-payment, fraud, abuse, security concerns, violation of these Terms or applicable rules, or conduct that threatens Odyssey, WTS, service providers, or other members.

Severe violations may result in immediate action without prior notice when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others.

Members may request account closure through WTS Support, subject to retention of records that WTS is permitted or required to retain.

23. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Except for claims seeking injunctive or equitable relief, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis in Indiana, administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its applicable commercial rules.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and WTS waive participation in class actions and class-wide arbitration.

24. Changes to These Terms

WTS may update these Terms as Odyssey develops or as business, technical, legal, or regulatory requirements change.

Material changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date and, when appropriate or legally required, additional notice may be provided.

Continued use of Odyssey after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

25. Other WTS Policies

These Terms operate together with the Odyssey Privacy Policy, Anti-Spam & Compliance Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, applicable feature rules, and other policies presented through Odyssey.

Because Odyssey is operated by World Traffic Services LLC, applicable WTS network rules may also govern integrated services provided through other WTS-operated Sites.
