- Profile information and preferences.
- Websites, advertisements, banners, messages, links, and other content you submit.

3. Information Collected Automatically
When you use Odyssey, we may automatically collect technical and usage information such as:
- IP address.
- Browser, device, and operating-system information.
- Login dates and times.
- Pages, features, advertisements, and links viewed or used.
- Traffic exchange activity, mailer activity, clicks, impressions, and advertising usage.
- Referral and affiliate attribution.

4. Missions, Experience and Progress
Odyssey maintains information related to your participation and progress in its space-themed progression experience.
This may include missions, Experience Points, rank, discoveries, rewards, completed activities, progression history, and use of Odyssey features.
We use this information to operate the Odyssey experience, maintain your progress, determine feature access, provide rewards, prevent abuse, and show activity and performance information.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
WTS may maintain records relating to Odyssey purchases and subscriptions, including the product or membership purchased, amount, currency, transaction status, subscription status, billing period, payment provider, transaction identifiers, and related account information.
Odyssey may use third-party payment providers such as PayPal and Stripe.
Payment card numbers, bank account credentials, and similar sensitive payment details entered directly with those providers are processed by the provider and are not stored in full on Odyssey servers.
Payment providers may supply WTS with information needed to complete or manage a transaction, such as your email address, payment status, transaction or subscription identifier, and limited customer or billing information.
6. Guest Checkout and Account Creation
Odyssey may allow you to purchase Premium before creating a complete Odyssey account.
In those situations, Odyssey may temporarily maintain checkout identifiers, referral information, product information, payment provider references, and the email address associated with the purchase.
This information is used to match the payment to an existing Odyssey account or create a new account and allow the purchaser to complete account setup.
7. Affiliate and Referral Information
Odyssey may collect and maintain referral codes, sponsor or referring-member identifiers, referral sources, affiliate links, qualifying purchases, commissions, and related activity.
This information is used to preserve referral attribution, calculate commissions, investigate disputes or abuse, and administer the Odyssey affiliate program.
8. Traffic Exchange Information
When you use the Odyssey traffic exchange, we may maintain information about submitted websites, surfing activity, page views, traffic credits, assignments, reports, pauses, and other activity necessary to operate the exchange.
9. Credit Mailer Information
When you use the Odyssey credit mailer, we may maintain information about messages, sending activity, recipients, credits, reads, clicks, reports, eligibility, restrictions, and other information needed to operate and protect the mailer.
10. Advertising and Performance Data
When you submit advertising or use Odyssey promotional tools, we may maintain the submitted content together with statistics such as impressions, views, clicks, sends, credits used, and other performance or delivery information.
We may use aggregated or de-identified statistics to understand Odyssey activity, improve the service, and report general performance without identifying individual members.
11. Cookies and Sessions
Odyssey may use cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, security, preferences, referral tracking, fraud prevention, service operation, analytics, and other functions necessary to provide the platform.
You may control some cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent login or other Odyssey features from working correctly.

13. Email and Unsubscribe
Odyssey may send member advertising as well as account and service communications. Commercial email is handled according to the Odyssey Anti-Spam & Compliance Policy.
Where applicable, commercial email includes an unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribing from promotional or member mail does not necessarily prevent WTS from sending transactional or service-related messages necessary for your account, security, purchases, subscriptions, or legal notices.
14. How Information May Be Shared
WTS does not sell personal information.
Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate Odyssey. These providers may include payment processors, hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery services, security services, analytics providers, and other vendors supporting Odyssey or WTS operations.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process, investigate fraud or abuse, protect WTS or others, or complete a business transfer subject to applicable legal requirements.
15. Information Shared With WTS Services
Odyssey is part of the World Traffic Services network. Limited account, membership, referral, authentication, advertising, commission, and activity information may be shared with other WTS-operated services when necessary to provide integrated features requested by the member.
This may include World Traffic Club membership recognition, affiliate eligibility, referral attribution, network advertising features, or other integrated WTS services.
16. Security
WTS uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect Odyssey member information.
These may include HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, authentication controls, restricted administrative access, security logging, signed or temporary tokens, and other protective measures.
No online service or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security. Members are also responsible for protecting their passwords, devices, email accounts, and active login sessions.
17. Data Retention
WTS retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Odyssey and to satisfy legitimate business, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, tax, payment, dispute, compliance, and legal requirements.
Some transaction, payment, commission, security, suppression, and compliance records may need to be retained after an account is closed.
Information that is no longer reasonably required may be deleted, anonymized, or aggregated in accordance with operational and legal requirements.
18. Your Choices and Account Information
You may be able to review or update certain account information through Odyssey or request assistance through WTS Support.
You may request account closure, unsubscribe from eligible commercial email, or contact WTS regarding personal information associated with your Odyssey account.
Certain records may be retained after account closure when necessary for legal, security, payment, fraud-prevention, suppression, accounting, or other legitimate purposes.
19. Privacy Rights
Privacy rights vary by jurisdiction. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or other handling of personal information.
Requests may be submitted through WTS Support. WTS may need to verify your identity before completing a request and may retain or decline to delete information where permitted or required by law.
20. International Users
Odyssey is operated from the United States. If you access Odyssey from another country, information may be processed or stored in the United States or in other locations used by our service providers.
Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between jurisdictions.
21. Children
Odyssey is intended for adults age 18 and older. WTS does not knowingly permit children under 18 to create Odyssey member accounts.
If WTS learns that an account was created in violation of this age requirement, we may suspend or close the account and take appropriate steps regarding the associated information.
22. Third-Party Websites
Odyssey contains member advertising and may link to websites operated by third parties. This Privacy Policy does not govern those third-party websites.
You should review the privacy practices of a third-party site before providing personal information to it.
23. Changes to This Privacy Policy
WTS may update this Privacy Policy as Odyssey develops or as our practices, technology, business, or legal requirements change.
Material changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date and, when appropriate or legally required, additional notice may be provided.
